DAY 01

Airport/Negombo

Highlights - Negombo leisure beach, Dutch Fort in Negombo and water sports

  • On this day of the tour, you will be welcomed by our tour representative. Then, you will be transferred to Negombo. On your way to Negombo, you can find out different lifestyles of Sri Lankan people. It might be a small distance but you will learn a lot of it.

  • After you come to the hotel, you can go to the beach and feel some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful scenarios of the beach and you can relax your beautiful day.

DAY 02

Negombo/Dambulla

Highlights - Dambulla rock temple, Iron Wood Forest, and Rose Quartz Mountain

  • In the morning, post enjoying yummy breakfast in the hotel at Negombo, you will be taken to Dambulla, famous for Dambulla Rock Temple which dates back to 1st century BC. This temple was constructed by King Walagambahu and today stands as a renowned World Heritage Site.

DAY 03

Dambulla

Highlights - Sigiriya rock and Sigiriya Museum

  • Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. And climb Sigiriya rock fortress that is a world heritage site, constructed by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD) in the 5th century. The 'Lion Rock' is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 meters from the cleanse forest. The rock was the innermost behold of the 70 hectares equipped town. A moat, rampart and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock.

  • Visit the world-renowned frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya, which are in a protected pocket of the rock approached by a curved stairway. These frescoes are painted in earth pigments on plaster.

DAY 04

Dambulla/Kandy

Highlights - Visit the Temple of the Tooth, Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts center, a gem museum, Kandy Lake and a lapidary

  • In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast hotel in Dambulla. After that, you will be taken to Kandy. Kandy was the previous capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site. The name "Kandy" conjures a vision of splendour and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions, and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. The Kandy Lake was constructed by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798.

  • Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts center, a gem museum and a lapidary. 

  • Proceed to the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Thereafter, witness a cultural show.

DAY 05

Kandy/Nuwara Eliya

Highlights - World’s End, MackWoods Tea factory, Beautiful waterfalls, English country like hill club and Golf course

  • After delicious breakfast at the hotel in Kandy, you will be transferred from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya via Ramboda Fall. Route visiting a tea factory/plantation and some beautiful waterfalls. 

  • Take a walking-sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya in the evening.

  • Stay overnight hotel at Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 06

Nuwara Eliya/Yala

Highlights - Yala National Park

  • Breakfast at Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Transfer from Nuwara Eliya to Yala via Tissamaharama with your Srilanka guide. Make a safari of the Yala National Park by jeep. Yala is the largest National Park in Sri Lanka, which is the home for wild elephants, wild boars, wild buffaloes, leopards, bears, deer, and crocodiles. Large flocks of migratory and indigenous birds are also found here. Transfer from Yala to Kataragama.

DAY 07

Yala

DAY 08

Yala/Hikkaduwa

Highlights - White sandy beach, glass-bottom boats travel and water sports

  • After a delicious breakfast at the hotel in Yala, you will be taken to Hikkaduwa you can enjoy the place of Hikkaduwa. It is a famous beach destination with excellent cuisine, good accommodations, a stunning coral reef and white sandy beaches. Water sports and related activities are also a popular feature.

DAY 09

Hikkaduwa

Highlights - Tsunami Memorial and BBQ night

Waterskiing, banana boating and jet skiing can also be enjoyed in the calm water of the Beruwala River and these fun activities offer excitement for all ages and any skill level.

DAY 12

Beruwala

Highlights - Beruwala leisure Beach, Visit Beruwala fishing harbour, Gazing, Water sports and BBQ night

  •  On this day, you can do many things to enjoy yourself. You can swim or fight with the waves in the sea all year round. You can unwind yourself sitting on the beach sand, gazing at the spectacular vistas of the sea blending with the multi-hued skies.

DAY 13

Beruwala/Colombo

Highlights - Pettah bazaar, 100 years old clock tower and several colonial buildings during the British period, National Museum, Independence Square,  Hindu and a Buddhist temple and Bandaranaike Memorial International  Conference Hall (BMICH)

  • After having your delicious breakfast at the hotel in Beruwala, transfer to Colombo. Make a city tour of Colombo. Visit the Pettah bazaar, where one can shop for a bargain, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas, where you find the stately homes of the rich, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) - an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China.

DAY 14

Colombo/Airport

  • Breakfast at Hotel in Colombo. 

  • Transfer from Colombo to Airport to board the flight for your onward journey.

  • You are sure to be awestruck gazing at these impressive cave temples of Sri Lanka. The temple's complex has five caves adorned with more than 2000 sq. m of painted walls and ceilings. Hence the temple owns the reputation of being the largest area of paintings found around the world. This beautiful temple comprises of over 150 Buddha images of which the largest is the giant structure of the Buddha carved out of the rock. 

  • Nuwara Eliya seems like a piece of English district. Tudor-style and Victorian homes look across the blue lake. These buildings are the other architectural monuments to the English, the Post Office, the English country house like Hill Club with its hunting pictures, mounted hunting trophies and fish, Anglican Church and private residence. The Golf course here is one of the best in Asia. 

  • Well endowed with a variety of underwater species, the Coral Sanctuary of Yala is a magnificent reef bursting with life. It is a haven for divers and swimmers as it provides water activities like snorkelling, diving and more. The glass-bottom boats are a popular attraction for the spectacular view of the coral reefs that they provide. 

  • Colombo like many capital cities in developing countries as fast as changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old world beauty is retained. For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several colonial buildings during the British Period.
