Travel to Thingvellir national park, one of Iceland’s most significant historical sites and the place where Iceland’s first parliament was founded in the year 930 AD. 

From Thingvellir, we head along mountain tracks toward the Gullfoss waterfall, a sight you will never forget: a site considered by many to be the most magnificent waterfall in Iceland. 

Visit the Geysir geothermal area in Haukadalur valley, where you will see hot springs spouting from the ground. Strokkur (Butter Churn) is a very active hot spring here. It may be smaller than the 70 to the 80-metre high plume of steam that Great Geysir used to produce, but the 25 to the 35-metre high eruption of steam is an amazing sight at only 4-5 minutes’ intervals.

Optional in wintertime: on the way back, end the day by relaxing in a warm outdoor swimming pool.
Optional in the summertime: From May 1 to October 1, we will take you to bathe in a natural warm river. The hike takes about 2.5 to 3 hours along with bathing in the river.
