  • Day 2 - Baghdad Tour expand_more

    • Visit the National Iraq Museum, which has more than 10,000 artefacts on display, some of which date back to 25000 BC. 

    • Then, behold the famous Martyr Monument, dedicated to Iraqi soldiers who died in the 80’s Iraq-Iran war.

  • Day 3 - Malwiya Minaret expand_more

    • Head to the Great Mosque of Samarra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to witness the malwiya minaret. The minaret is about 52 meters (171ft) high and 33 meters (108ft) wide at the base; the spiral contains steps going up to the top.

  • Day 4 - Ancient Babylon expand_more
    • After breakfast, take a drive to visit the Arch of Ctesiphon, the remains of a Sasanian-era Persian monument.
    • Then, head out to explore the ruins of Babylon like the Hanging Gardens, which is a part of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
    • Visit the Saddam Palace, which has been converted into a Museum.
    • Have lunch and head out on your way back.
