DAY 01
Delhi-Agra-Delhi
You will be picked up from the hotel/preferred meeting point in Delhi-NCR, at around 5 am – 6 am, as per your convenience.
Relax in your private air-conditioned vehicle as you drive along the Yamuna Expressway from Delhi to Agra. There are several eateries, and public convenience stops along the way.
Arrive in Agra, meet your local guide, and head straight to the Taj Mahal. You can spend a couple of hours walking around the Taj complex, taking pictures and learning about the UNESCO Heritage-listed ‘monument of love’.
Proceed for lunch, at any of the popular restaurants nearby. (Lunch at your own expense)
Once you finish your meal, head to the Agra Fort and start exploring countless attractions from the Mughal era. You will see how Indian and Islamic architecture and art styles have merged to give this red-stone building its distinct features. The Queen’s chambers, the King’s courts and other well-preserved areas of the fort are sure to take you on a trip to the royal era.
After exploring the Agra Fort with a private guide, begin your return journey to Delhi via the same route. You may pass your time watching the countryside pass by.
