I’ve been in some activities with 7 Cumes during the last year. Climbing, trekking, exploring caves, and other’s in nature, alone and with my little boy (9 years old). All I can say is that the professionalism, sympathy, and an extreme attention with all the security rules, is a perfect and hard to find, combination of skills that make Nuno Curto the right person to anyone that wishes to go outside, see beautiful places, challenge themselves, acquire more knowledge about climbing, trekking or being in the nature or mountains. As anyone can imagine as a mother I’m over worried about security and well being of my boy, everytime we decide to go outside and have an adventure day, Nuno simply make all seem possible, with a constant worry of encouragement, and passing on all his knowledge so we can feel secure and have an extreme fun. Thanks 7 Cumes for making us fall in love with nature.

As this is the only way of having an answer from 7 cumes I would like to add that at the end of the activity you agreed that it didn´t go well and that you were thinking on somehow compensating us. I would also like to mention that we are only trying to have part of our money back since the service was not good and not fully provided. I could list several other things that didn´t go well beyond those mentioned by Jorge but I really don´t think I should do it here. Nuno, you are perfectly aware of what went wrong and why we are asking part of our money back. We have no doubts about your good work in other activities but we really think you should have the sincerity and humility to admit that this specific activity went wrong.
