Despite being very patient, I did not receive a reply to my query about her proposal. After waiting patiently, I finally received a reply from her promising a reply to my query the very next day, which was to be on Monday. Today, on Saturday, not only has she not replied, but TOURHQ has canceled my request without informing me in advance. I had made it clear to them that I was not interested in going through the entire process with another new guide. I had also, out of courtesy, refused the proposals of the other two guides who had reverted. However, I had not closed the request with Irina.  But to have even this request canceled without any prior warning is quite disappointing.

Irina gave an excellent tour. We saw many sites and Irina had an explanation for everything we saw as well as some great stories. Highly recommend having Irina show you around!

Irina took my wife and me on a 3 hour walking tour of the old city. Her knowledge and enthusiasm are first class and she was able to answer all of our myriad questions about everyday life in Estonia, post Soviet independence and  current relationships with other countries. We highly recommend Irina to anyone wanting to explore and learn about Tallinn.
