We spent 4 hours with Sergio in October 2022. He met us outside the entrance to the Vatican Museums. He expertly navigated the crowds and knew exactly where to take us for the best views. He was thoughtful and had a wonderful sense of humor. Our tour was conducted in English and there was never a communication barrier. He was deeply familiar with everything we saw and provided history and context for everything - even things we spontaneously asked about. He also provided an excellent recommendation for a meal afterward. Also, when I initially made the plans with Sergio, I had a few problems and needed extra help. He was very polite and gracious, just generally a wonderful human!  The tour was excellent and I would highly recommend it to everyone! Sergio greatly enhanced the value of our Vatican Experience.

We spent four hours with Sergio and enjoyed every minute of it! Sergio was knowledgeable, a good communicator and kept  grown ups and kids captivated throughout the walk past the major historical sites of Rome.
