Ahmad was not our tour guide, he was the manager. He changed the timing of our scheduled tour from what we had agreed upon, without coordinating with us in advance. Only after I texted the night before to confirm our start time, did he tell me that the times had been changed. Then his explanations seemed insensitive to our concerns and how we had planned our day.  Having paid $400 for a one-day tour, I expected better service. In the end, he arranged for a good guide (Mohhamed) and we had a nice day together. If you use his service, I recommend being very specific in setting up the details of your tour. 

I have contacted Ahmed to set tours in Jeddah and Taif, very smooth and clear communication about the guided tours, trips and cost.

Our guide in Jeddah was Mohammed and in Taif, Abdulaziz.

We had a wonderful tours, both of the guides were very professional, friendly and answering all our questions.

Ahmad is the agent and has guides in various parts of the Kingdom. Our guide Wa'il was excellent. He was very flexible to accomodate our requirements and added in a number of stops which only locals would know. We covered nearly 1000km in 2 days with Wa'il and even got into Wadi Tayyib al Ism when it was officially closed.
