It couldn't have been better.claudio was warm, friendly, and very knowledgable. He was encouraging during the trek and was frequently making us laugh. I would recommend him to everyone! 

Claudio was an excellent guide. As assistant guide for our trek, he was a calm and steady influence, always making sure that the hikers at the back of the group were feeling well.  He struck a very good balance between not rushing people who wanted to stay back, while still being mindful of time constraints. Claudio also was very knowledgeable about the terrain, and the flora and fauna of the trail. He was very helpful to me on the first night of the trek when I had problems with altitude sickness and dehydration. I recovered quickly due to his expert help! I would highly recommend Claudio as a guide.
