Renata was guiding our group of 20 pax during our time in Porto Alegre during the FIFA World Cup 2014. The group consisted of top VIP guest of The Coca Cola Company. Renata did an amazing job, she had answers to all the questions that were asked to her. She took all challenges and hard situation and turned them to be a success. She was always friendly and everybody liked her really much and appreciated her help and support. She is a real champ, without her our trip to Brazil would not have been the same.

I found Renata after posting on a travel forum asking for help finding a tour guide for my choir's visit to Porto Alegre. Renata answered my initial email right away, in spite of the time change. She gave our group of 42 a terrific walking tour of Porto Alegre on our first full day in the city. It was remarkable.
