Marcia is a consummate professional.  She knows her craft.  She is absolutely attentive to the needs of her customers.  She knows how to work with tight time constraints, and she knows how to address particular customer needs and wishes.  She arranged a wonderful afternoon during a brief layover in Sao Paulo.  Most important, Marcia was engaging, entertaining, and educating during the course of the entire afternoon.    I cannot recommend Marcia highly enough.  She is positively wonderful.

I contacted Marcia with a very unusual request to visit Paranapiacaba in a very tight time window between flights. She was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure the tour logistics were settled well in advance. She was at the airport early to pick us up, and we drove from there to Paranapiacaba where we conducted the brief tour. She got us back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I couldn’t have asked for more.
