DAY 01

Arrive in Delhi

  • Welcome to the capital of India – Delhi. Meeting and assistance on arrival at the airport by our tour executive who will escort you to the pre-booked hotel.

  • Rest of the day free.

DAY 02

Delhi sightseeing

  • After a leisurely breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi.

  • Visit: 

    • Red Fort - The red sandstone walls of Lal Qila, the Red Fort, extend for two km and vary in height from 18 meters on the riverside to 33 metres on the city side. Shah Jahan started construction of the massive fort in 1638 and it was completed in 1648. 

    • Jama Masjid - The splendid mosque built by Muhammad Ali Shah in the typical Mughal style with two minarets and three domes, lies to the west of the Hussainabad Imambara. Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. 

    •  Swami Narayan Temple and Bangala Sahib Gurudwara Proceed for the visit of New Delhi

    •  Humayun's Tomb - Built in the mid 16th century by Haji Begum, senior wife of Humayun, the second Mughal emperor. Humayun's Tomb is an early example of Mughal architecture built in Delhi. 

    • Lotus temple (known as Bahai Temple).

    • Qutub Minar - 13 km to the south of Connaught Circus at Lalkote of 8th century Tomor Rajputs, the 72.5 m high Victory Pillar stands as a victory stand of a Muslim King Qutub-ud-din-Aibak in India. 

  • Go for a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, The President's Residence, and a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. 

  • End with the visit of the Lotus temple at the sunset.

DAY 03

Delhi - Agra (Land transfer)

  • After an early breakfast, drive to the city of Taj (Agra). 

  • Arrive Agra and transfer to hotel.

  • In the afternoon visit the Agra Fort - situated on the banks of Yamuna River, North West of the Taj Mahal. This majestic fort was started by Emperor Akbar and it developed as a stronghold of the Mughal Empire, under successive generations. This majestic fortress of red sandstone encompasses within its 2.5 km long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many visionary

  • palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan, audience halls such as the Dewan I Khas and two very beautiful mosques.

  • Visit the Taj Mahal - a white marble Tomb built between 1631 to 1648, the seat of the Mughal Empire by Shah Jahan for his wife, Arjuman Banu Begum or Mumtaz Mahal.

  • In the evening, free to explore the Agra's rich heritage of handicrafts and a marble making factory.

DAY 04

Agra to Ranthambore via Fatehpur Sikri

  • After buffet breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven from Agra to Ranthambore.

  • En-route, visit Fatehpur Sikri. The deserted red sandstone city, built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the late 16th century. It was abandoned soon after it was built when the local wells went dry and it remains today in much the same condition that it was over 300 years ago. It is complete with palaces and mosques and used to be a town larger than London when it was originally constructed. Now it is an extraordinary place to wander around with its buildings in near perfect condition.

  • Arrive in Ranthambore National Park, famous for its tigers and is one of the best places in the country to see these majestic predators in the wild. The tigers can be easily spotted even during the day. A good time to visit between November and May when the nature of the dry deciduous forests makes sightings common. The Park which covers an area of nearly 400 sq. km. and is set between the Aravali and Vindhya ranges. Its deciduous forests were once a part of the magnificent jungles of Central India.

DAY 05

Ranthambore safari

  • Enjoy Morning and Evening Safari in Ranthambore National Park. 

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be at the hotel.

DAY 06

Ranthambore - JAipur

  • Go for a morning Safari at Ranthambore National Park. 

  • Eat breakfast at the hotel. 

  • Drive to Jaipur (170 Kilometres, 4-5 Hours). 

  • Upon arrival check-in at the Hotel. 

  • Rest of the day at leisure/independent activities. 

  • In the evening you have the option to visit Chokhi Dani, an ethnic village, where you will get an introduction to village life in Rajasthan. Enjoy traditional Rajasthani dances and puppet shows as you dine.

DAY 07

JAipur Sightseeing

  • Eat a leisurely breakfast. 

  • Take an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort. Take an elephant or jeep ride to ascend the hill on which the fort is situated. 

  • Visit the City Palace and the Observatory and photo stop near the Palace of Winds, also known as Hawa Mahal. 

Overnight in Jaipur.

DAY 08

JAipur - Delhi (land transfer) - Onward flight

  • After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, later in time, drive to Delhi.

  • Upon arrival, straight transfer to Delhi International Airport to board flight for onward destination.
