Sip a hot cup of tea (or coffee!) at the chilly hill-stations in Kerala that offers the most beautiful sights of nature. Spend a night on the houseboat cruise for an unparalleled experience, and watch the sunset by the beach with your loved one.

DAY 01


  • Pick up from Cochin International Airport/Railway Station.

  • Proceed to Munnar (135 Kms/04 hrs drive) - a pleasing journey riding through the picturesque hills jacketed in greenish tea and spice plantations. The cab will stop in many of the places on the way to enjoy the beauty of nature, waterfalls, and sceneries.

  • On arrival, check in at the hotel and spend the day relaxing after the long trip.

  • Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 02


  • After breakfast, proceed to the following places for sightseeing in Munnar:

    • Eravikulam National Park at Rajamala (here you can see the Nilgiri Thar)

    • Echo Point

    • Mattupetty Lake and Dam

    • Tea Plantations and TATA Tea processing Factory

    • Kundale Lake

    • Anayirankal Dam

    • Gap Point, etc.

  • Overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 03


  • After breakfast, drive to Thekkady (110 Kms/03 hrs drive)- a scenic drive from Munnar. 

  • On arrival, check in at the hotel and after freshening up visit the following:

    • Spice market and spice plantations, where you can see the Pepper, Cardamom, Vanilla, Cinnamon and other spices are grown.

  • Optional activities may also be undertaken at a supplementary charge. If you are interested in any of these activities, we can guide you promptly with the supplementary charges. These are:

DAY 04


  • After an early breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, also known as The Venice of the East (165 Kms/4.00 hrs drive) 

  • On arrival, check-in at Houseboat Cruise Alleppey (a luxury boat made in ethnic Kerala style having a well-appointed sitting room, bedrooms, toilet, & kitchen) where you can enjoy the tranquil beauty of the inland waters and the countryside for one day.

  • Houseboat Cruise at ALLEPPEY through the following:

    • Narrow canals

    • Pathiramanal Island

    • Virgin village

    • Paddy fields

    • Historical places

    • Temples

    • Churches

    • Snake boat

    • Coconut beer shop (Toddy shop)

    • Kuttanad Village, etc.

  • Enjoy spectacular lush green paddy fields, where you may see the lifestyle of village people and their activities like Coir roping, Toddy tapping etc.

  • Meals served will be of typical Kerala cuisine.

    • Welcome drink: Tender Coconut

    • Lunch: Boiled Basmati Rice, vegetables, fish fry or curry, salads, Pappad.

    • Evening: Tea or coffee with snacks & Banana Fry.

    • Candle Light Dinner: Rice, Chapati, Dal Curry, Vegetable Curry, and Chicken Curry.

    • Breakfast: Bread with butter, jam & eggs, or Kerala style Breakfast (Idly or Dosa).

  • All meals will be provided in the House Boat. Any changes required will have to be intimated in advance. Pure Vegetarian dishes, Dishes with Less Spicy for European Guest, North Indian Recipes etc. are also known to our Chef.

  • Guest can also buy fresh Prawn, Crab, or any fresh fish during their cruise from fishermen (fresh catch) and our Chef will prepare it for the guest according to there taste without any additional charge.

  • Overnight stay at Houseboat.

DAY 05


  • After breakfast at the Houseboat, proceed to KOVALAM (175 kms/4.30 hrs drive), the internationally renowned beach here has been a favourite haunt of tourists since 

  • On arrival, check in at the beachside hotel and after freshening up proceed to Trivandrum city sightseeing and visit the following:

    • Padmanabha Swamy Temple (Dress Code must be followed)

    • The Zoological Park: (10.00am to 6.15 pm- Closed on Mondays)

    • Science and Technology Museum Complex: (10.00 AM to 05.00 PM -Closed on Mondays)

    • Priyadarshini Planetarium: (Daily shows from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM)

    • Napier Museum & Sree Chitra Art Gallery: (10.00 AM to 04.45 PM- Closed on Mondays and Wednesday forenoons)

  • Finish the sightseeing before 5’ o clock and then drive to the beach and watch the sunset.

  • Overnight stay in Kovalam.

DAY 06


  • After early breakfast, stroll on the beach enjoying the bay of calm water, ideal for sea bathing.

  • Then proceed to Kanyakumari (100 kms), which is a famous pilgrim centre situated at the southern-most tip of Peninsular India, and the confluence of three seas Arabian Sea, The Indian Ocean, and the Bay of Bengal. It is a beautiful blend of sun, sea, and sand, the only place in India where one can enjoy the unique experience of watching the sunset and moonrise simultaneously on a full moon evening.

  • On the way visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, this ancient royal palace of the Travancore Dynasty is situated at Thuckalai. It is a well preserved wooden palace, a glorious testimony to the traditional Kerala School of Architecture (Closed on Monday).

  • Afterwards, visit Sucheendram Temple- a perfect model of ancient South Indian Temple architecture dedicated to the blended form of Brahma, Vishu and Shiva.

  • Reach Kanyakumari and visit the following:

    • Kumari Amman Temple

    • the colossal 133-foot tall Tiruvalluvar Statue

    • Gandhi Memorial

    • Beach

    • Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial

  • Watch the sunset and then head back to Kovalam.

  • Overnight stay in Kovalam.

DAY 07


  • After breakfast, drive from Kovalam to Cochin (240 Kms/5.00 hrs drive).

  • On arrival check in at the hotel and after freshening up head out for sightseeing and visit the following:

    • Fort Cochin

    • Jewish Synagogue (Built-in 1568 AD. Closed on Saturdays & Jewish Holidays)

    • Dutch Palace (Built-in 1557 AD Closed on Friday & National Holidays)

    • St. Francis' Church (Built by the Portuguese in 1503 AD)

    • Santa Cruz Cathedral

    • Maritime Museum- INS Dronacharya Fort Kochi (Monday Holiday)

    • Chinese Fishing Nets (The Chinese Fishing Nets that line the sea-front and exhibit a method of catching fish, introduced by Chinese traders)

  • Overnight stay in Cochin.

DAY 08


  • After breakfast, depart with memories and photographs. The cab will drop you at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station.

MUNNAR is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. 1600 metres above sea level, the hill station was the favoured summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Sprawling tea plantations, pristine valleys, mountains and aroma of spice scented cool air make Munnar is a resort town. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji, this flower blooms once in every twelve years.


  • Padmanabha Swamy Temple: This temple is located inside the East Fort. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the Temple is a blend of the Kerala and Dravidian styles of architecture. It is known for its mural paintings and stone carving. (Dress Code: DHOTI for men and SAREE for women).

  • The Zoological Park: (10.00am to 6.15 pm- Closed on Mondays). One of the first Zoo in India, it is located in a well-planed Botanical Garden with huge trees, sprawling lawns and wild-fowl swimming in the lakes, which feels like a small jungle in the heart of the City. A reptile house with different species of snakes is also located in this premise.

  • Science and Technology Museum Complex: The exhibits here are related to Science, Technology and Electronics. (10.00 AM to 05.00 PM -Closed on Mondays)

  • Priyadarshini Planetarium: (Daily shows from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM)

  • Napier Museum & Sree Chitra Art Gallery: (10.00 AM to 04.45 PM- Closed on Mondays and Wednesday forenoons) Located near the Napier Museum, this art gallery displays select paintings of RAJA RAVI VARMA, Svetlana and Nicholas Roerich and exquisite works from the Rajput, Mughal and Tanjore schools of art in India. The collection also includes paintings from China, Japan, Tibet and Bali.
