The city of Haifa is over 3000-year-old which was once a home for the Prophet Elijah, well remembered for his life-long struggle against the paganism. Present-day Haifa is a great mixture of religions, languages, and unforgettable views. See some of the most outstanding and unique sites of this city.
These gardens are the symbol of the Baha’i Faith, the youngest of the World Monotheist religions, and they are considered among the most beautiful (if not the most beautiful) parks on Earth.
This 150-year-old neighbourhood was the first of many German Protestant settlements at the Holy Land, and it still looks like a part of old Europe – carefully restored and bearing the signs and the names of the first German Settlers.
UNESCO World Heritage Site of ancient Caesarea alone is worth a long journey. Caesarea’s historical and archaeological park is one of Israel’s most impressive parks, housing unique excavations dating from various periods, spread over 2000 years of history.
