Travel across the largest National Park in Tanzania, Nyerere and go for game drives to spot wildlife, such as lions and leopards. Find hippos and crocodiles in the Rufiji River and look out for more than 400 species of birds. Explore the forest with experienced armed rangers before returning to Dar es Salaam.
Itinerary

Day 1: Dar Es Salaam - Nyerere National Park
- The client has the option to be picked up from the Dar Es Salaam Ferry (if coming from Zanzibar) or from Dar Es Salaam International Airport or a hotel.
- Drive from Dar Es Salaam to Nyerere National Park (approx. 5-hour drive)
- Start your game drive as soon as you arrive at Nyerere National Park. Alternatively, you can experience a magical boat safari on the largest river in Tanzania (the mighty Rufiji River).
- Rest at the hotel/camp, where you will have a chance to freshen up, have dinner and end your day.

Day 2: Nyerere National Park - Dar Es Salaam
- Today you will start early with a morning game drive. You will have a chance to see different kinds of wild animals.
- Later in the day, you will have the option to do a village tour where you will mingle with the villagers and learn about their history, culture, traditions and ways of life.
- Early evening you will drive back to Dar Es Salaam.
