Home to Africa’s most alluring sites, Tanzania is the who’s who of regional destinations. Taking in its’ breathtaking natural landscape is one of the nation’s most alluring activities, whether you’re climbing the expansive snow-capped Kilimanjaro mountain or finding a respite of luxury on Zanzibar’s dream worthy beaches. The land’s physical appearance is matched in wonder only by the creatures that roam it. While Ngorongoro welcomes close range viewings of everything from rhinos to flamingos, the Serengeti boasts one of the world’s most spectacular safaris. No length of time is too long when visiting the parks, with animal species that are as varied as they are splendorous.
As your Tanzania tour guide will tell you, the country’s climate is perfectly suited for its’ range of outdoor attractions, with different regions ranging from hot and humid to daytime heat with evening coolness. Visitors should take note that October through December, and March through May, brings rainfall to Tanzania. Thus, high season for visiting is most comfortably found June-October and January-February.
