About me
I was born in the city of San Jose, Costa Rica on December 20, 1963, lived my first five years in the city and then his parents moved to the city of Santa Cruz in the Guanacaste province, the place where his father dedicated to agriculture and livestock, and her mother works at home. Ends primary school in the city of Liberia, Guanacaste and returning to San Jose to start school, during this period in high school I got very interested in learning a second language and during the weekend I began receiving English classes at the Costa Rican North American Cultural Center. Sometime later I had a great opportunity to travel outside of Costa Rica as part of a student exchange program for 4 months in the United States. This unforgettable experience somehow changes my life. After finishing high school feels his life is marked to devote to work directly with people and the personality of Sergio makes it so, which is why for some time devoted to work in marketing and sales. At the beginning of the decade of the nineties, the tourism activity in Costa Rica is becoming more important and the country takes a boom as a tourist destination in Central America, Sergio was sure it could be an important part of this new source of income for his country, had the ability to communicate in a second language which he had learned long ago.Sergio decides to take some basic courses in History, Geography, Biology and some others to work as an independent guide, since then Sergio had been dedicated to travel the country showing tourists the natural beauty and of course the culture of Costa Rica. Over the years, tourism has grown and so has made that Sergio had the opportunity to attend a wide variety of groups, high school students, college students, families, and groups of adults in general. Sergio has always enjoyed meeting and sharing experiences with people while they enjoy.
