  • Day 1: Kathmandu to Soti Khola expand_more
    • Take a private jeep or bus from Kathmandu to Soti Khola. It will take around 8-10 hours to reach Soti Khola from Kathmandu.
  • Day 2: Soti Khola to Machha Khola expand_more
    • Today you will start your trek from Soti Khola and walk along the Budhi Gandaki River to Machha Khola. The trail is scenic and passes through small villages and beautiful waterfalls.
  • Day 3: Machha Khola River to Jagat expand_more
    • Today's trail is challenging and passes through narrow gorges and steep uphill climbs. You will cross the Machha Khola River several times before reaching Jagat.

    • Today you will continue trekking uphill and pass through several small villages and lush forests. You will eventually reach Deng, a small village where you spend the night.

    • Today's trail is relatively easy and offers breathtaking views of the Manaslu range. You will pass through several small villages before reaching Lho, where you can visit the monastery and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains.
  • Day 7: Samagaon expand_more
    • Today you will trek through beautiful forests and cross several streams before reaching Samagaon, a beautiful village at the foot of Manaslu.
  • Day 8: Manaslu Base Camp expand_more
    • Today you will spend a day in Samagaon to acclimatize to the altitude. You can hike up to the Manaslu Base Camp, explore the village, and visit the monastery.
  • Day 9: Samdo expand_more
    • Today you will trek uphill and pass through several small villages before reaching Samdo, a small village situated near the Tibetan border.
  • Day 10: Larkya La Pass expand_more
    • Today's trail is challenging and passes through the Larkya La Pass, which is at an altitude of 5,160 meters. You will stay overnight at Dharamsala, a basic lodge with limited facilities.

    • Today you will cross the Larkya La Pass and trek downhill to Bimthang. The trail is scenic and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
  • Day 12: Tilje expand_more
    • Today you will trek downhill and pass through several small villages before reaching Tilje.
  • Day 13: Tal expand_more
    • Today you will trek downhill and pass through several small villages before reaching Tal, where you will spend the night.
  • Day 14: Kathmandu expand_more
    • Today you will take a private jeep or bus from Tal to Kathmandu, which will take around 8-10 hours.

  • Altitude: The highest point on the trek is the Larkya La Pass, which is at an altitude of 5,160 meters. It's important to acclimatize well and take necessary precautions to avoid altitude sickness.
