Head to Corinth Canal. This was built in the 19th century. It cuts through the narrow Isthmus of Corinth and separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland, arguably making the peninsula an island.
Visit the Ancient Corinth. This archaeological place will get travellers in touch with one of the most ancient civilizations of the world, the Corinthians.
