- Upon arrival at Goree Island by ferry or small boat, go to the slave house and its famous door of no return where millions of black people were abused, humilated and enslaved and shipped to America.
- Then, discover the french Catholic Church and the canons of Navron and visit the shackles to see the 10300 kgs iron ball.
- Next, proceed to the historical museums- the former French governor's palace, the French government square, the Portuguese chapel and their fortification.
