Visit Metekhi Church, which was built by King Vakhtang Gorgasali, from which there is a beautiful view of old Tbilisi.
Head for Narikala - the fortress that was founded no later than IV-V centuries, overlooking Tbilisi and the river Mtkvari.
Visit Abanotubani, the place where according to the legend, Vakhtang Gorgasali discovered the hot waters in the V century and built the city to it.
Proceed to Mtatsminda: at 727 meters above sea level, where the complex of culture and holidays are built, visit can be made by a car as well as by train.
