Day 1: Sightseeing in Tbilisi expand_more
Meet your tour guide at a predecided location.
Enjoy your breakfast, and begin your Tbilisi tour.
Visit the Old city, Sameba Cathedral, Funicular, Freedom Square, Sioni Cathedral and Anchiskhati Basilica.
See the Metekhi Temple, the building of Parliament, the Rustaveli Avenue and the Kashveti Church.
Continue to the Tbilisi Opera House, Abanotubani, the new Rike Park, the new Peace Bridge, Maydan and Chardin Street.
Visit the Narikala Fortress.
Drive to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. The “Second Jerusalem” as they called it.
Embark on a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Jvari Monastery.
Explore the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), where it is believed that Jesus Christ’s tunic is buried.
Go to a restaurant for Georgian National cuisine, dance and music. Stay overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2: Ananuri to Gudauri expand_more
Have breakfast in the hotel. Travel north across the Georgian Military Highway up north towards the border with Russia.
Visit the Ananuri Fortress complex which features churches and towers dating back to the 16th century. It overlooks the Jinvali reservoir.
Drive over the Cross pass and make a short stop at Soviet time “People’s Friendship” mountain viewpoint overlooking a deep gorge of the Caucasus Mountain range.
Arrive at Kazbegi.
See the Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2170 metres.
Enjoy the picturesque views of the scenic Mount Kazbegi.
Return to Tbilisi. Stay overnight in Tbilisi
