  • The guides are committed to offering traditional Finnish food on excursions. Depending on food allergies and dietary restrictions, the lunches usually consist of Karelian rice pies/rye bread in combination with a Salmon soup, pyttipannu (Sausage and potatoes pan-fried on an open fire) or chanterelle soup. There also is Finnish dessert such as blueberry pie and of course a fresh cup of Finnish style coffee (or tea) brewed over the fire.
