This morning after breakfast, depart to Lake Nakuru National Park with your Kenya tour guide.
Arrive for lunch and then go for an afternoon game viewing drive. The scenic 188km2 Lake Nakuru game park is home to the black and white rhino, prides lions, cape buffalos, waterbucks, reticulated giraffes, hartebeests among many others. When the water levels in the lake are low, the 68km2 alkaline lake is famous for the thousands of greater and lesser flamingoes. The park has the largest euphorbia forest in Africa.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy an early breakfast and depart to the Masai Mara National Reserve arriving for lunch.
Depart on an afternoon game viewing drive in search of the hundreds of wildlife species the game reserve is famous for. These include the lion, Cape buffalo, the savannah elephant, black rhino and the elusive leopard, impalas, Masai giraffes, waterbucks, warthogs, Thompson & grant's gazelles, topis, the resident wildebeests among many others.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains or visit a traditional Masai Village (at an extra cost).
Enjoy breakfast and then a full day of game viewing drive in search of the Big-Five among many other wildlife species. In addition to wildlife, the Mara has nice, varied scenery to enjoy. The vast plains and grasslands are also home to hundreds of bird species.

A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking.The balance is due 45 days before commencement of the tour program.If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Children under 3 years sharing a room with an adult will be accommodated complimentary (maximum two).Children between the age of 3 and 12years pay 50% of the adult rate if sharing a room with two adults and 75% of the adult rate if sharing a room with another child/ren or they pay 100% of the adult rates if sharing a room with one [sensitive content]discount on Holiday and other supplements.This condition may vary from one property to the other please check this with us.
All cancellations must be received in writing.As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us.Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees.Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
35% if cancelled between 45 and 35days prior to arrival
50% if cancelled between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival.
100% if cancelled 14 days and 24hours prior to arrival
Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, it should be noted that the hoteliers in Kenya may be obliged to occasionally change routes on safaris as dictated by changing conditions.Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall on bush tracks, airfields and in-game areas, by game migrations from one region to another, or airline or other booking problems, etc.Golden Elephant Safariswill communicate with you for such itinerary or accommodation changes

Per-person rate (P/Pax): This is the cost of one client sharing a twin or double room with another.

Tipping: Tips are not included in the costs but below is a schedule which could be used as a guide by the guests should they wish to tip the staff on the appreciation of services rendered.

Baggage: Baggage allowance for domestic flights is 10kgs per person including hand luggage.Soft sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles and aircrafts used within East Africa.Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24″x 17″x 7″ are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used.(Baggage and personal effects are at owner’s risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised).
The quote is expressed as per person sharing a double room and a supplement for single room occupation has also been shown.The rate includes accommodation based on the hotels and lodges mentioned in the program using standard rooms.
Holiday and seasonal supplements:
Most hotels and lodges in East Africa charge a supplement over Easter, Christmas and New Year, for this they provide special festive meals or entertainments or something similar and sometimes require a minimum of number of nights in order to confirm the booking.However, evening entertainment in the safari lodges and camps is rare, as noise is likely to scare the wildlife.
