    • Leave Addis Ababa and drive north passing by Mt. Entoto through the Sululta plain, visiting the monastery of Debre Libanos and the so-called Portuguese Bridge.

    • Then, proceed to enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Blue Nile Gorge, where you will stop for your picnic lunch and proceed to Bahir Dar.

    • On the way, visit the land occupied by the Afar shepherds, a semi-nomadic people who live mainly in the deserts of Danakil depression. You will encounter them on the road with their caravans of camels.

    • Also, in Senbete village, on Sundays, there is an interesting market where the Afar, Oromo, and Amhara people congregate to sell their goods.

    • After breakfast, drive to Mago National Park, proceed to the Mursi village where women wear lip plates.

    • Drive back to Jinka for lunch. 

    • After lunch, we visit the Ari village or the museum in town.

    • After breakfast, drive to Turmi. 

    • On the way visit, the Tsemay ethnic group and the most colourful market in Omo Valley - Key Afer market, if it is Thursday. If it is a Tuesday, you can visit the Dimeka market.

  • Turmi – Murule – Turmi expand_more
    • In the morning, drive to Murule to visit the Karo Ethnic group who are very well known for their body painting and fascinating houses.

    • Drive back to Turmi for overnight.

    • Visit the market of Turmi, if it is a Monday or Market of Dimeka if it is a Tuesday.

    • Overnight lodge at Turmi.

  • Turmi-Arbaminch expand_more
    • Drive back to Arbaminch.

    • On your way, visit the Konso Village. The hard-working Konso tribe is known for their unique culture, especially their land management with terracing. 

    • Visit the Konso King's house and meet the king.

    • Drive about 100 km more to overnight in a hotel or lodge at Arbaminch.

  • Arbaminch-Addis expand_more
    • Drive back to Addis through the Butajira Road and en route, visit Tiya Stale - a UNESCO world heritage site. 

    • Visit Adadi Mariam Church built during Lalibela's time and Melka Kuntrie Archeological Site.

    • Continue drive and enjoy a traditional dinner at one of the best Ethiopian restaurants.

    • Depart for home.
