    • Meet your representative at Lalibela airport and get transferred to your hotel. 

    • Post lunch, visit the first group of Lalibela Churches, located in the North of the Jordan River: Biete Medhani Alem; Biete Mariam; Biete  Maskal; Biete Denagel; Biete Golgotha Mikael. These Churches were carved during the King Lalibela period (1181 – 1221) and registered by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. 

    Overnight stay at Roha Hotel or Jerusalem Guest House.

  • Day 2: Visit the second group of Lalibela churches expand_more

    • Post breakfast, visit 'Na'akueto La'ab', the monastery church located in a cave below a giant rock ledge, built-in 13th Century AD.

    • After lunch, visit the second group of churches of Lalibela located in the South of the Jordon River:  Biete Amanuel; Biete Qeddus Mercoreus; Biete Abba Libanos; Biete Gabriel Raphael; Biete Lehem. The eleventh church, Biete Ghiorgis, is isolated from the others but connected by trenches. 

    End of the tour.
