Travel to the Valley of The Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture used as the burial place of the kings of Thebes. There are many kings buried in this valley. The most famous tombs are of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and Amenhotep II.
Discover the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to God Amon-Re, Hatshepsut's father.
Continue to the temple of Medinet Habu, an important New Kingdom period temple structure built by Ramesses III.
Visit the Colossi of Memnon, the only remains of the temple of Amenhotep III.
