Depart USA/Canada (or other home countries).
DAY 02
Arrive in Beijing
Arrival at Beijing International Airport to be met by our staff.
Transfer to your hotel.

DAY 03
The Great China Wall
Breakfast included.
In the morning, visit Great Wall.
Lunch at a local restaurant included.
In the afternoon, visit Temple of Heaven and Pearl Market.
Dinner included at a local restaurant.
Volunteer program orientation in the evening.
DAY 04
Volunteer day
Breakfast included.
Volunteer day - serve at a children center/orphanage/special-needs home.
Lunch and dinner meals included.
DAY 05

Tian’anmen Square and Forbidden City
In the morning, visit Tian’anmen Square and Forbidden City, followed by Hutong Tour with pedicab (rickshaw) ride.
Visit a local family and have lunch with the family.
Visit Summer Palace.
Dinner on your own.
Transfer to train station for an overnight train to Xi’an.
DAY 08
Xi’an
Arrive at Xi’an and transfer to your hotel for breakfast (packed food on your own).
Tour Xi’an Old City Wall.
Bike riding on the city wall on your own.
Then visit Muslin Market area.
Lunch and dinner meals included.
DAY 09
Big Wild Goose Pagoda
Breakfast included.
Tour Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the morning.
Visit Terracotta Warriors in the afternoon.
Lunch and dinner meals included.
Optional: Tang Dynasty Show.

Volunteer day and to Shanghai
Breakfast included.

Evening, take an overnight train to Shanghai.
DAY 12
Shanghai
Arrive in Shanghai, transfer to your hotel, breakfast on your own.
Tour the Bund, Yu Garden shopping area in the afternoon.
Lunch and dinner meals included.
DAY 13
Huangpu River Cruise
Breakfast included.
Volunteer day, serve at a children center/orphanage/special-needs home.
Lunch and dinner meals included.
Optional: evening tour on Huangpu River Cruise/Ferry.
DAY 14
Departure
Breakfast included.
Check out of your room, transfer to Shanghai Pudong International Airport by subway for a flight home.
Lunch and dinner meals are on your own.

You will be given the opportunity to assist many of China's community development programs, work with children of all ages in local orphanages and assist with charity events for special needs children and adults.
You will have chances to share beliefs with local people.
