You can take part by preparing for your lunch like the locals do. Understand our umu history & culture.You will also receive step-by-step instructions from an Island Umu Chef.
Whilst the umu is being cooking underground, you will also be taught how to husk a coconut as well as tasting the coconut juice and flesh, fresh from a coconut tree.It's alot of fun.Learn about the Coconut Tree - the Tree of Life.
Then enjoy an "All you can Eat" Buffet of delectable Island Cuisine made by yours truly - YOU!
