Drive to Thimpu, the cosmopolitan capital of Bhutan.

Visit the National Memorial Chorten. Bhutan’s third king originally envisaged this monument to promote world peace and prosperity.

Day 3: Tiger's nest- Paro expand_more
Discover Tiger's Nest, also known as the Palphug Taktsang Monastery. There are four main temples and several wooden staircases and bridges.
Trek up to the temples to explore the hidden caves on the way.
Visit Ta Dzong, once used as a watch-tower and later inaugurated as Bhutan’s National Museum in 1968.
Proceed to Rinpung Dzong, used as the meeting hall for the National Assembly for several years.
Explore the local markets in Paro.
