Trek to Reach Tempanos Lake expand_more
- Get picked up from your accommodation and drive 7 km from the city of Ushuaia to the valley of Andorra.
- Once in the valley, begin the trek along the “Grande” stream, always accompanied by our professional mountain guide.
- After crossing it, the demanding ascent through the forest and typical Fuegian vegetation begin.
- Complete an arduous walk, and halfway you can see the magnificent landscapes of millenary peat surrounding us.
- Cross the border of vegetation (timberland) where an imposing lagoon and the Vinciguerra Glacier awaits us with the most incredible ice caves in the world that generate great admiration for nature.
- Refuel with a packed lunch while we admire the views.
- Take photos and start making your way back; perhaps, we may spot beavers with luck.
