• Start from Berat early in the morning.

• Meet professional local driver for pick-up from the destination. Prepare for an unforgettable scenic drive from Berat to Roshnik .

• 10 minutes break in Roshnik. This village is famous for its history. Known as the origin of The Köprülü family (Turkish: Köprülü ailesi), a noble family of Albanian origin since the Ottoman Empire

• This is not the last stop on Roshnik. Return during late afternoon for a wine tasting and dinner.

• From Roshnik to Dardhe, travel for about 1 h 30-minutes by road or maybe more depending on trail condition. 

• During the drive, view the surrounding wilderness of the National Park.

• Stop in Dardha, a 700 years old village rich in tradition and history. Only 5 families live here since the others migrated during communist time. This is an isolated land and kind of a hidden treasure. The locals are lovely and invite guests for a cup of coffee. Feel their love and find it hard to forget their unique way of living.

• Next, go on a 3-hour trek to reach one of Albania's most beautiful waterfalls, called Sotira Waterfall.

It is going to be an easy trek and hike to reach the final destination. People do not feel tired because it's always fresh here, and there are so many things to see, such as different kind of trees, lakes, rivers, and mountains.

• Lunchtime in Sotira waterfall. A little bit of exploring the area, freshen up in cold, clean waters, hiking around and indulging in photography.

• Return to the car for the drive back to Roshnik.

• Upon arrival, go for wine degustation in Roshnik in a rustic winery.

• Dinner will not be touristic food but real Albanian cuisine.
