    • Arrive at Nënë Tereza airport in Tirana, where you will be met by your tour guide and transferred to the hotel by a comfortable vehicle. 
    • Have a welcome Albanian food dinner with live music and a relaxing spa.

  • Day 2: Durres - Berat - Roshnik Village expand_more
    •  Meet at Durres Hotel lobby at 0900 and continue to visit Durres Amphitheatre, which is included on the tentative Albanian list for designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    •  The second stop will be at Archeologic Park of Apollonia, founded in 588 BCE, which nowadays is the biggest archaeological site in Albania.
    • Take a lunch break. Then, explore the Roshnik village of Berat, taste regional flavours and experience picture-perfect landscapes that will capture your imagination.
    •  In the afternoon, visit Berati Castle, which involves a steep walk up a cobbled path, but those who make it to the top will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the surrounding area.
    • The sightseeing tour of Berat also includes a visit to the Onufri Museum, Mangalem & Gorica Quarter.

    You will have dinner and stay overnight in Berat.

  • Day 3: Berat - Tepelen - Gjirokaster expand_more
    • After Breakfast, leave the charming UNESCO town of Berat and transfer to another amazing UNESCO town of Gjirokaster, to discover "the city of a thousand steps”.
    • On the way to Gjirokastra, visit the Cold Water of Tepelena. The area provides a cool and refreshing rest stop.
    • Check into your hotel after reaching the city and you will go out of town for delicious lunch, where you will experience the Albanian family hospitality and local food. Pick up the fruits from the garden to serve on your plate or you may take a walk to vineyards.
    • Walk past the Ottoman Bazaar and historic wooden houses.
    • Next, head to Gjirokaster fortresses, one of the most beautiful in the Balkans.
    • Soak up to the rich history of the castle and enjoy the view of the “city of stone” from above.
    • Enjoy wandering through the streets of Gjirokaster.

  • Day 4: Gjirokaster - Butrint – Ksamil - Sarande - Himare expand_more
    • After breakfast in the morning at 0900, transfer to the Blue Eye spring.
    • You will have the chance to explore the area of the natural beauty of the Blue Eye, the crystal-clear water.
    • Drive to Butrint, the biggest and most important archaeological site in Albania. See 2,500 years of history embedded in its amphitheatre, castle and churches.
    • Take a lunch break in Ksamil, where you will enjoy delicious fresh seafood with a spectacular view.
    • Then, relax in wonderful nature at Three Small Islands Ksamil, where you can easily swim from one to another island or take a boat ride. You’ll have the afternoon free to explore the seaside town of Saranda before we drive you to Himare.

  • Day 5: Himare - Durres expand_more
    • Depart to Durres through the spectacular Albanian Riviera and around the traditional villages. 
    • Explore Ali Pasha Castle in Himara, which was once one of the most important military bases during the cold war.
    • Enjoy a stunning view of Albania's south coast before it's time to enjoy your lunch in Llogara National Park.
    • Take a short break in Narta Lagoon at St. Mary's Monastery, one of the most beautiful in Albania to visit. Continue your journey to Durres after that.
    • During the evening, have a unique possibility to enjoy and dance with professional Albanian folk-dancers.

  • Day 6: Tirana Airport Departure expand_more
    • Depart for your home country after breakfast, or make your own arrangements to stay longer in beautiful Albania. You may want to consider staying an extra night and find that the spare time will make your week even more relaxing and enjoyable.
