  • Day 1: Arrival in Rinas expand_more
    • Arrive in Rinas and head to Berat, a 2400 years old city. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and consists of an architectural style with elements from many civilizations over the centuries. It has several fortified churches and mosques and is considered to be the cultural hub of Albania.
    • Go to visit Mangalem, Gorica, and the medieval center.

  • Day 2: Go sightseeing in Berat expand_more
    • Spend the day sightseeing Berat, and visit the Ethnographic museum, the Castle and the Onufri Museum
    • In the afternoon, take a walk in the main boulevard of Xhiro.

  • Day 3: Explore Apollonia and head to Gjirokastra expand_more
    • Drive to Apollonia, an ancient town created by Greeks during the 4th-5th century B.C, to see the ruins demonstrating the city's importance in olden times.
    • In the afternoon, start travelling to Gjirokastra.
  • Day 4: Explore Butrint expand_more
    • In the morning, visit the Gjirokastras Castle, an important historical place for many centuries, followed by a visit to the War Museum and the Ethnographic Museum.
    • After that, enjoy a walk through the old streets of the city.
    • Set off for Butrint, another ancient Greek town that inherited many elements from the Roman culture. Later on, during the reign of the Venetian republic, many buildings were built in the style of typical Venetian architecture. After the Ottoman Emperor was captured in the 15th century, Butrint was influenced by Turkish culture, and several buildings were built during those centuries.

  • Day 5: Go to Vlora expand_more
    • Spend the day travelling to Vlora, with a subsequent stop in Llogara for a few hours of relaxation.

  • Day 6: Explore Kruja expand_more
    • We will arrive at Kruja to visit the Castle, Skanderbeg Museum and the Ethnographic museum that is inside the Castle. 
    • After that, we will drive to Tirana, enjoying the lovely landscapes along the way.

  • Day 7: Reach Tirana and visit famous locations expand_more
    • Visit the National Museum and the Petrela Castle. It was part of the signalling and defence system of Krujë Castle and was built in ancient times, dating back to the 15th century.
    • In the afternoon, relax and go for a drink in the 'Blloku', an upscale, residential area famous for its nightlife and as a popular shopping hotspot for tourists.

  • Day 8: Transfer to Tirana airport expand_more
    • Transfer to Tirana airport. End of tour.
