We will pick you up at 8:30 in the morning and take you up to Table Mountain for your exciting cable car ride up. You can walk around and ride down again. The ride is fantastic as you get a 360-degree view in the 5 mins it takes to get to the top and then down again. You can walk around and ride down again. It also has excellent safety features and records. This is one of the Seven Wonders of the World that you need to experience.
If you have a fear of heights, we have a plan for you. We will walk around the top to get views of the City from all angles possible.
- We will visit the Bo-Kaap and walk around a couple of blocks in this area to see the sites. Then we will make our way to a traditional Malay restaurant for lunch.
- We will then walk from the top end of the Company Gardens. Depending on your wishes, we can either visit the National Art Gallery or the Slave Lodge.
- Our walk will take us past the Natural Sciences Museum (which needs about 4 hours to go through it), The Premier's official residence, the Houses of Parliament.
- We will have a stroll through the St. Georges Cathedral, which has beautiful stained glass windows.
- Then we will walk back to our vehicle through the centre of the Company Gardens, stopping to look at various interesting statues and buildings and gardens. This can be done leisurely as we have the whole afternoon to accomplish this.
- Return to your hotel at 16:45.
