Many thanks to everyone who made me a three-time recipient of TourHQ's Global Guide Award (2018, 2017 and 2016) !  You make this industry!It's important to understand what I offer - I offer walking tours, approximately 2 hours long, of The French Quarter, The Garden District or a longer tour on a Streetcar that includes a trip to the Bayou and a plantation house which is approximately 6 hours long.  My rates are $40.00 per hour for 1 or 2 people, (2 hour minimum) ,  For each additional person, add $5.00 per hour, per person.For tours which include Streetcar/Ferry, additional $5.00 per person.PLUS ADD ADDITIONAL 20% TO TOURHQ FOR BOOKING. Looking for true, authentic New Orleans history and culture with a researcher and historian who will present the facts without the hype?  Experience this amazing Creole city and learn the true facts about who we are and where we came from in an informative, entertaining way.Not only will I tell you - I will show you...and you won't believe your eyes!  As a 20 year volunteer for the New Orleans City Archives I have processed historical documents that tell a different story; one even more amazing than anything you can see on T.V.or read in a guide book.  I am licensed by the City of New Orleans and insured through the Tour Guides Association of Greater New Orleans. Give me a try - see the difference!
